As of the first week of October 2017 the Municipal UNITED STATES ceased functioning.
Attempts to replace it with a UN Corp “Regional Government” have thus far been successfully rebuffed and prevented. That leaves us to deal with the Territorial United States government, which is controlled by the military and has substantially different rules and procedures than the old Muni government. As a result some of the recommendations I have made to people in the past either no longer apply or require tweaking to make them work in this altered scenario. Those who got their paperwork done and in before October 2017 are grandfathered in and have their records established via the old Muni process. They have to be recognized as civilians. Those who didn’t do this have to follow a different process which has yet to be negotiated to the same ends– correction of the public record, reclaiming ownership of your Name/NAMES, and recognition of your civilian status with respect to the military government. The criminals in charge have made a great hash of things. It will require a lot of effort to correct and some confusion is unavoidable. Just remember the key points — you are no kind of “citizen” but are a civilian non-combatant “national”. Make use of all means to establish public claim of your Names/NAMES as of your actual birthday. This can be accomplished by publication in newspapers, sealed registered mail record copies, Certificates of Assumed Names, formal name changes followed by Acknowledgement, Acceptance, and Re-Conveyance of Deed and Title to the land and soil of your birth state recorded with the local Land Recording Office. A Corrected Deed to your Name and Estate –land, etc., can be used to the same effect. Whatever means and route you use to claim back your Name and Estate, it will be necessary to begin carrying copies of paperwork with you, ready to produce as part of your identification process.

Other doctors have paired the symptoms recorded during the Spanish Flu with the then-new availability of Bayer Aspirin which was made very widely available and routinely overdosed, which then caused bleeding from the internal organs and mucous membranes, mirroring the symptoms of hemorrhagic fever. Just like other researchers have paired the symptoms and appearance of polio with the appearance of oil-based agricultural pesticides. Miraculously, when these same water-resistant pesticides which are known to cause nerve damage and paralysis were removed from the market, polio also disappeared — purportedly as a result of the polio vaccine. Or not. Just a year prior to the Spanish Flu, Woodrow Wilson, one of the prime architects of all this preposterous fraud, called together the major newspaper owners in this country and formed what he called The Committee on Public Information, (CPI), to spew war propaganda 24/7.

This new government agency also conveniently spewed disinformation about German Americans and Spanish Flu; then as now, there was evidence that the Spanish Flu was given to American Servicemen as innoculations that took place in Kansas, and then spread overseas during the mop-up phase of World War I to decimate both the starving French and German populations— in an apparent attempt to further weaken both nations. This resembles the story we heard at the beginning of all this current madness — that American Servicemen participating in the World Military Games in Wuhan, China, were injected with “vaccines” provided by Fort Detrick, and used as vectors to spread the “Wuhan Disease”—- only it wasn’t the Wuhan Disease. It was, technically, the Fort Detrick Disease.
Additional facts related to Anthony Fauci’s involvement and the use of the pre- prepped and already patented parent viruses (to guarantee that everyone got their share of the profits from this scheme) will be forthcoming in the days to come, and will rip the covers off the coffins. Now, did this virulent “enhanced” germ escape from the lab in Wuhan, or was it delivered to Wuhan by our own servicemen who had been unknowingly injected with it? Probably both means were used, and all to the same ends: trying to make it look like the Chinese were to blame for the pandemic and all the economic upheaval and losses created by this opportunistic furor.

Protesters met Hillary Clinton on Thursday as she entered the Times Square Sheraton to deliver a speech at the New York State Democratic Convention, the Daily Mail reported.
Some demonstrators gathered to protest New York state’s continued COVID-19 vaccine mandate, while others threw expletives at Clinton directly amid backlash over recent allegations.
Clinton’s 2016 campaign for president was put under scrutiny after the release of a Justice Department filing on Friday authored by special counsel John Durham, who is currently probing into the origins of the 2017 Robert Mueller investigation.
The filing claims the campaign had access to a technology company to infiltrate Trump Tower, and later White House servers, in order to craft a narrative of collusion between former President Donald Trump and Russia.
While delivering her speech at the convention, Clinton deflected the allegations by alluding to a recent ruling by a New York judge that Trump and two of his children must testify in the state attorney general’s investigation into his business practices, the Independent reported.
“It’s funny. The more trouble Trump gets into, the wilder the charges and conspiracy theories about me seem to get,” Clinton said. “So now his accountants have fired him, and investigations draw closer to him, and right on cue, the noise machine gets turned up, doesn’t it?”
Clinton then shifted to criticizing the Republican Party’s response to the Jan. 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol riot.
“When the Republican Party officially embraces violent insurrection as legitimate political discourse, when storming the Capitol, assaulting police officers, and trying to overturn the election are being normalized, we are in uncharted territory,” Clinton proclaimed.

(CNSNews.com) – More than 160 House Republicans have signed a letter to President Biden, signaling their intention to try to halt any deal made with Iran that is not approved by Congress.
With 33 Senate Republicans having sent a similar message last week, the fresh initiative means that 77 percent of Republicans in the House and 66 percent in the Senate are now warning the president that the agreement he is seeking could be in jeopardy unless Congress signs off on it.
Talks in Vienna aimed at salvaging the 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), which President Trump exited in 2018, are approaching a point of decision, according to participants.
The French foreign minister said on Wednesday it was now “a matter of days,” not weeks, and White House principal deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Thursday that “a deal that addresses the core concerns of all sides is in sight.”
Led by Reps. Mike Gallagher (R-Wisc.) and Michael Waltz (R-Fla.), the GOP lawmakers cited reports indicating that the Iranian regime is demanding a “guarantee” that the U.S. will not reimpose sanctions if Tehran complies with the terms of a nuclear agreement.
“As duly elected representatives of American citizens across the United States, sent to Washington to check and balance the executive branch as established by the separation of powers in our Constitution, we feel compelled to remind you that you do not have the power to provide any such ‘guarantee,’” they wrote.
Any agreement reached with the regime without congressional approval “will be temporary and non-binding, and will meet the same fate as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.”
The Obama administration when finalizing a deal with Iran seven years ago decided not to pursue a treaty that would require Senate ratification.
Congress then passed the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act (INARA), requiring the president to send to Congress any Iran nuclear agreement documents, within five days of an accord being reached.
Congress would then have an opportunity to review and possibly vote on the deal in the form of a “resolution of disapproval.”
That process unfolded in the fall of 2015, but in a series of procedural votes in the Senate, opponents of the JCPOA failed to advance the resolution of disapproval.
Despite the renewed calls for the Biden administration to submit any nuclear deal to Congress, attempts to kill it via the INARA process will be an uphill battle.
Even if a resolution of disapproval should pass, overturning a likely presidential veto would require two-thirds majorities in both the House and Senate.
In 2015, only four Senate Democrats joined Republicans opposing the JCPOA.
‘Dangers and flaws’
The Gallagher-Waltz letter said that if the administration continues to “ignore Congress,” the signatories would view any agreement not submitted as a treaty for Senate advice and consent to be non-binding.
They would also insist that it be submitted to Congress as required by INARA, and “use the law’s 30-day review period to warn our colleagues, the American public and the private sector about any dangers and flaws of such an agreement.”
The signatories also pledged to work to restore and strengthen any Iran sanctions lifted or eased by an agreement, including those relating to the regime’s support for terrorism, missile programs, or human rights abuses; and to oppose any attempt to rescind the Trump administration’s 2019 designation of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a foreign terrorist organization.
A key paragraph in the letter outlined the lawmakers’ view of what a nuclear deal should encompass:
“We will oppose any agreement that lifts U.S. sanctions on the Iranian regime without first verifying they have fully accounted for all past and present undeclared nuclear activities, fully dismantled their enrichment and reprocessing-related infrastructure and capabilities, verifiably ended all research and development on nuclear-capable missiles and fully dismantled all existing nuclear-capable missiles, verifiably halted all sponsorship of terrorism, released all American hostages and paid U.S. federal court judgements owed to the American victims of terrorism sponsored by the Iranian regime.”
None of those criteria was fully or even partially met by the Obama-Biden administration’s 2015 deal.
–Enrichment and reprocessing infrastructure was restricted but not fully dismantled under the JCPOA.
–Iran’s missile programs, terror sponsorship, and the imprisonment of Americans did not feature in the nuclear talks. The administration contended that a narrow focus on the nuclear issue was more likely to achieve an agreement that dealt with the biggest danger – Iran’s suspected nuclear weapons ambitions.
–Finally, the question of Iran’s accounting for “past and present undeclared nuclear activities” was never settled to the satisfaction of critics of the deal.
Under the JCPOA, Iran was expected to disclose to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) the so-called “possible military dimensions” (PMD) of its nuclear program activities, past and present.
The IAEA board in December 2015 agreed to close the PMD file, paving the way to JCPOA implementation a month later.
But opponents called the move a “whitewash,” frustrated among other things by the fact the U.N. agency had allowed the Iranians themselves to collect and hand overenvironmental samples from a military site near Tehran where some of the most serious nuclear weapon-related work was suspected to have been done.
A trove of documents and electronic files relating to the nuclear program, covertly acquired by the Israelis from a warehouse in Tehran in 2018, called into question the veracity of the regime’s earlier PMD disclosures.
Russia-Ukraine concern
In their letter, the GOP lawmakers also alluded to concerns that the administration’s desire to achieve success in Vienna may be linked to its response to Russia’s threatening activities around Ukraine.
They pointed out that the U.S. and Iran are not negotiating directly – at Iran’s insistence – and that as a result Russia is serving as an “intermediary.” (The other parties to the JCPOA, China, Britain, France, Germany, and the European Union are also involved in that capacity.)
“As part of our legislative oversight responsibility, we will investigate any connections between the negotiations in Vienna over Iran’s illicit nuclear program – in which we are relying upon the Russians as our intermediary because the Iranians refuse to negotiate with us directly – and the negotiations with the Russians regarding their invasion of Ukraine,” they wrote.
“If your dependency on the Russians to revive the JCPOA is weakening our deterrent posture with the Russians in other areas of the world, the American people deserve to know.”

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is concerned that Republican attacks on the Democrats’ handling of the COVID-19 pandemic have “alarming credibility,” according to a slide deck obtained by SFGATE.
The DCCC, which is the main campaign arm for House Democrats and is currently chaired by New York Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney, worked with outside consulting groups to conduct an online poll of voters in the 60 most competitive House districts for the upcoming 2022 midterms. The poll was conducted from mid-January to early February, had approximately 1,000 respondents and a 3.1% margin of error.
Findings from the poll were presented to DCCC officials Thursday morning. One slide in the presentation, which was shared with SFGATE by someone who attended the presentation and was granted anonymity in accordance with Hearst’s ethics policy, states, “Many of the Republican attacks tested have alarming credibility,” including Republican attacks on COVID-19 policy. (The presentation does not clarify what it means by “credibility.”)
The poll found that that 57% of voters in competitive congressional districts agree with the statement, “Democrats in Congress have taken things too far in their pandemic response,” and 66% of self-defined “swing” voters in competitive districts agree with that statement. White and Hispanic voters in competitive districts were equally as likely to agree (59%), while Black voters (42%) and Asian voters (46%) disagreed with the statement. The poll also did not define what “taken things too far” means.
The DCCC found that critiques of COVID-19 restrictions were slightly less potent than other issues. In swing districts, 64% of voters agreed with the statement that “Democrats in Congress support defunding the police and taking more cops off of the street.” The internal poll found that 80% of self-defined swing voters in competitive districts agreed with the same statement. Politico previously reported on the DCCC warning about the effectiveness of what they refer to as conservative “culture war attacks.”
Sixty-two percent of voters in contested districts agreed with the statement, “Democrats in Congress have created a border crisis that allows illegal immigrants to enter the country without repercussions and grants them tax-payer funded benefits once here.” Seventy-eight percent of swing voters in those districts agreed.
Sixty-one percent of swing district voters agreed with the statements, “Democrats in Congress are spending money out of control,” and, “Democrats are teaching kids as young as five Critical Race Theory, which teaches that America is a racist country and that white people are racist.” And 59% agreed with the statement, “Democrats are too focused on pursuing an agenda that divides us and judging those who don’t see things their way.”
The slide deck provides a snapshot into some of Democrats’ strategies as their outlook for the 2022 midterms growsincreasinglygrim.
The DCCC presentation also contained a slide showing that the top two concerns of voters in competitive districts are inflation and health care, with the COVID-19 pandemic coming in third. Medicare/social security and climate change rounded out the top five. At the bottom of the list were voting rights, taxes and racial justice/equality.
Chris Barber and Tamara Lich,, key protest organizers of the Freedom Convoy, were arrested. Canadian Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland said that financial institutions have been freezing the accounts of people linked to the protests. Freeland further threatened that those who have their big rigs on the streets will see their insurance cancelled and their corporate accounts suspended. Persons arrested with their dogs may lose them as the government will consider the pets ‘relinquished’ after 8 days.

The situation in Ottawa has gotten worse for the Freedom Convoy – with the arrest of key organizers Chris Barber and Tamara Lich.
Barber is currently in police custody and is expected to face criminal charges as the now-global protest against vaccine mandates and other restrictions enters its third week, according to the CBC.
“We understand your frustration and genuinely wish there was another way for us to get our message across, but the responsibility for your inconvenience lies squarely on the shoulders of politicians who have [preferred] to vilify and call us names rather than engage in respectful, serious dialogue,” he said at the time. -CBC
Meanwhile, the Canadian Civil Liberties Association has announced its intention to sue the federal government for invoking the Emergencies Act in response to the ongoing protests and blockades, the CBC reports.
“Emergency powers cannot and must not be normalized,” said CCLA executive director Noa Mendelsohn, who added that the use of the act “seriously infringes on the Charter rights of Canadians.”
The Emergencies Act was invoked by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Monday in response to ongoing demonstrations against COVID-19 restrictions and vaccine mandates.

NEWSMAX: The “People’s Convoy,” the United States’ trucker protest against COVID-19 mandates, will hit the road on Wednesday on its trip from California across the nation, with about 1,000 trucks expected to start the trip and more to join in as the convoy heads east, Maureen Steele, the national organizer of the effort, confirms to Newsmax.
“We’re going to be starting the convoy out of Barstow, California,” Steele told Newsmax’s Eric Bolling on “Eric Bolling The Balance,” adding that the specific location in Barstow will be announced closer to the event because the concern for operational security is “paramount.”Do you stand with American truckers?
“The Canadian convoy was pretty organic when it happened,” Steele said. “Ours, they had a month’s notice, so our concern is disruptive groups coming in. We’re trying to just prepare for counter-protests and to take safety precautions for that.”
The organizers have also set up a website where truckers can register, including their license plates, “so we know exactly who is in the convoy and to make sure that it’s going to be a safe ride,” said Steele.
The organizers, on the website, said the organization is demanding that the “declaration of a national emergency concerning the COVID-19 pandemic be lifted immediately and our cherished Constitution reign supreme.”
Donations are also being accepted through a website link, rather than through Go Fund Me or other crowdfunding sources.
Steele added that the organizers will be releasing the towns where the convoy will stop at about 24 hours before they arrive, for precautionary purposes.
She confirmed stops in Arizona and Texas, but said other stop locations will be announced as the convoy moves through the country. Bolling said he plans to join the convoy before it reaches Washington, D.C., “if that’s the final location. Again, you’re holding that back for now.”
Steele said the effort anticipates that about 1,000 trucks will leave California, and plans to have a few trucks ahead of the convoy “just to check in with law enforcement in towns ahead of the convoy, that if we’re going to be marshaling there that evening, to make sure they’re prepared for a massive convoy to roll into town.”
Alan and Bonnie Kelly, who are truck owners and operators, also told Newsmax Wednesday that they will be in Barstow on Feb. 23 from the beginning of the convoy, and said the effort is already getting large amounts of support for its trip.
“I haven’t talked to anybody yet who doesn’t support what we’re doing,” Mr. Kelly told Bolling. “I’ve talked to our pastor. He plans on attending…everybody is supportive, and everybody plans to participate, so I think it’s going to be very huge because it’s not just the truckers. It’s we, the people, and its people from every facet and every industry in the country that are better participating, so it’s got potential to be probably the biggest that its ever been.”

Exclusive: High-level Facebook staffer allegedly caught in amateur child sex sting operation
A live stream video posted on YouTube on Feb. 16 by “Predator Catchers Indianapolis” purports to show Meta/Facebook Manager of Community Development Jeren Andrew Miles, of Palm Springs, Calif., being caught in a child sex sting in Columbus, Ohio.
Miles, 35, allegedly communicated sexually explicit texts with a person who said they were a 13-year-old boy. He allegedly made plans for the boy to meet him at Le Meridien Columbus hotel, which is how and where the “Predator Catchers” group interviewed him.
Miles serves on the board of directors for LGBTQ+ group, Equality California. He has since completely deleted his social media accounts on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Miles previously worked as the Director of Community Affairs for Lyft, according to an archive on LinkedIn.
Eric Schmutte, the man recording the live stream and one-half of “Predator Catchers Indianapolis,” tells me he is sending all the chat logs and evidence to law enforcement in Columbus, Ohio and Palm Springs, Calif., where Miles purportedly lives.
