Why Biden’s Decision To Scrap Title 42 Will Pave Way For Masses of Violent Criminals to Cross Our Borders

As violent crime continues to surge and millions of illegal immigrants continue to enter the country, Biden Admin decides to let them stay
Violent Crime, especially in cities around the border and the west coast–where many illegal immigrants end up–continues to rise. Millions of illegals have crossed the border in the last two years. And yet, Biden thinks the answer is to scrap Title 42 and allow them easier access to our country.

On the topic, White House Director of Communications Kate Bedingfield had this to say:

“We have every expectation that when the CDC ultimately decides it’s appropriate to lift Title 42, there will be an influx of people to the border,” Bedingfield added. “And so we are doing a lot of work to plan for that contingency.”

Despite stating that it is not an immigration enforcement measure, she fully acknowledges that in lifting it there will be more and more migrants trying to enter illegally, and without a great tool to throw them back out they will likely stay.

Lifting Title 42 would restore border officials’ obligations to take in asylum-seekers until their claims can be adjudicated.

A Trump Admin policy from the onset of COVID-19, Title 42 has been used to expel over 1.7 million illegals. Allowing phony asylum-seekers to stay is not a good idea when our border is already inundated with crime.

WOOT WOOT! TN Senate Passes Bill To Withhold Funding to Schools Allowing Trans Athletes to Compete in Sports

The legislation has passed the Senate Education Committee and now sits at Governor Bill Lee’s desk for signature.

Tennessee may become the latest red state to adopt a policy that protects women’s sports by barring funding to schools that allow men to compete in them. The bill passed through the Senate Education Committee on March 29th and has now moved to be signed by Governor Bill Lee (R.)

If signed, Senate Bill 1861 would require the commissioner of education to withhold a portion of state education funding if the school refuses to determine the gender of a student participating in sports.

“We passed a bill last year that required boys to play boys and girls to play girls in K–12, and this bill is putting teeth into it,” Rep. John Ragan, a Republican, said on the House floor when speaking about the companion House Bill 1895.

The bill assigns unspecified financial penalties to the Tennessee law passed in 2021 that prohibited males from playing in female sports.

As The Gateway Pundit reported last night — Russia called to convene the United Nations Security Council this morning to present evidence of military biological activities by the United States in Ukraine.

US officials offered varying responses to Russia’s claims on the Biolabs in Ukraine. Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland, for example, told lawmakers on Tuesday that Ukraine does, in fact, have “biological research facilities” in the country.

Russian officials released a preliminary report before the hearing today.

The documents included one study that listed CDC official Andres Velasco-Villa listed by name.

The study shows US and Ukrainian officials studying insectivorous bats in Ukraine and detection of emerging viral and baterial pathogens including coronavirus.

So it wasn’t just Wuhan.

The US was also funding bat research on coronavirus in Ukraine too!

Last year, the Department of Health and Human Services re-interpreted Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, to prohibit discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity. The move will force hospitals to give transgender people ‘gender-affirming’ healthcare if they receive federal funding.

This week, the HHS followed up with a threatening letter to states that pass laws contradicting the edict and doctors that refuse to comply. The letter says that anyone who is not given proper care for ‘gender dysphoria’ or ‘perception of gender dysphoria,’ a supposed medical condition where someone doubts their gender identity, can get recoursse through legal action.

After the HHS mandate last year, America First Legal sued the Department of Health and Human Services for its unconstitutional and far-reaching order.

Jackson is not being put on the Supreme Court because of her qualifications. She is being put on the Supreme Court because she will advance the Leftist agenda. She was lenient toward child pornographers, but there is no doubt whatsoever that she will be as tough as she possibly can be on one set of offenders: January 6 “insurrectionists,” parents protesting at school boards against transgenderism and Critical Race Theory being taught in public schools, and the like.

In the eight child-porn cases that came before her court, former D.C. District Court Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson heard horrifying details of “sadomasochistic” torture of young kids — including “infants and toddlers” — yet challenged the disturbing evidence presented by prosecutors and disregarded their prison recommendations to give the lightest possible punishments in each case, according to transcripts of sentencing hearings obtained by the Post.

In some cases, she even apologized to some of the kiddie-porn perverts for having to follow the statutes, which she called “substantially flawed.”

Over and over, the records reveal, Jackson made excuses for the sex fiends’ criminal behavior and cut them slack in defiance of investigators and prosecutors — and sometimes even probation officers serving her court — who argued for tougher sentences because the cases were particularly egregious or the defendants weren’t remorseful.

The fuller record of her orders as a trial judge, detailed here for the first time, undercuts the White House’s and Senate Democrats’ argument that her sentences were within the “normal range” or “mainstream” of child porn cases, as they try to defend the Supreme Court nod against growing allegations she is soft on crime….
