LAPTOP EMAILS: JOE & GREEN DEMS FUNDED NAT GAS PIPELINES FOR BURISMA/PUTIN

“ROBIN” UPGRADED PUTIN’S ENERGY WEAPONRY

The ghastly truth being: Thanks to “green” Dems and Joe/“Robin,” our tax dollars refurbished the pipelines that are now powering Putin’s horrific invasion of Ukraine.

Here’s a screenshot of an email I discovered as I cross-referenced Joe Biden’s Ukraine visit to Kyiv on November 20-21, 2014, with email traffic on the Hunter Biden laptop. My copy of the laptop, given to me last fall by Garrett Ziegler on behalf of Marco Polo USA, is identical to the laptop version thoroughly exposed by The New York Post, but only recently acknowledged as authentic by the New York Times and the Washington Post.

This July 11th, 2014, email from Hunter’s Boies Schiller Flexner lawyer Heather King to Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskyi outlines her efforts — partnered with Hunter associate David Leiter — to set Pozharskyi up in a series of meetings with U.S. government agencies, industry groups, congressional staffers and notably Democratic Senators Edward Markey, of Massachusetts, and Chris Murphy, of Connecticut.

And while subsequent emails indicate Pozharskyi traveled to Washington, D.C., in July 2014 and again in September 2014, it’s unclear if he met with any or all of the people King has listed. Though soon after his September trip, he heralded Burisma’s windfall in the USAID Municipal Energy Reform (MERP) Project, which I detail in this archived Substack:

LAPTOP REVEAL: USAID FUNDING TO BURISMA COINCIDED W/BIDEN 2014 UKRAINE VISITNothing breaches the misinformation fortress built around Joe Biden’s corruption as quickly or as easily as the contents of his crack addict son Hunter’s Laptop. Propaganda purveyors like PolitiFact should start writing corrections. Case in point, recently discovered Laptop emails reveal a taxpayer-funded USAID payoff for Ukrainian natural gas conglomerat…

And it’s important to note here that none of the actions Leiter or King have taken to this point are illegal, unless — and it’s a big unless — they have knowledge of Joe Biden coordinating with Hunter or Burisma to cut himself in on the deal.

But as I’ve written about previously, there is Laptop email evidence that Joe was directly involved with Pozharskyi as of November 2014. And it’s my belief both Leiter and King will need to answer questions about that as they were copied on that email.

So, Dave and Heather, who was Robin?

Going Green

These meetings and other efforts by Hunter’s Burisma crew were meant to capitalize on Joe’s public assignment of promoting Ukrainian energy security. But my discovery of a November 13, 2014, Pozharskyi email invoking Joe Biden’s code name “Robin,” which I discussed in the following archived Substack, indicates to me Joe was privately working for Burisma:

BURISMA EXEC PRESSURED HUNTER WITH JOE’S SECRET CODE NAME “ROBIN”Vice President Joe Biden Meets Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to Discuss Energy Security Days After a Burisma Executive Pressed Hunter for Help White House Photo by David Lienemann An email sent in November 2014 by Burisma Holdings executive Vadym Pozharskyi…Read more

Then as a bonus, Joe/Robin pitched in to help his “green” Senate buddies prioritize Ukrainian natural gas infrastructure rather than U.S. liquified natural gas (LNG) exports to Europe, thus achieving their objective of undermining America’s shale fracking boom.

A June 27, 2014 email from lawyer King reveals Hunter’s Burisma team’s intentions to coattail with Joe’s Senate pals.

And here’s a screenshot of the letter she references, which Burisma then published on its website. The “greens,” led by Markey, included Senators Jean Shaheen, of New Hampshire; Ron Wyden, of Oregon; and Chris Murphy, of Connecticut.

Note the mention of Joe’s mission and the discussion of Ukraine’s “shale gas resources,” which subtly ties Burisma into the effort because it is one of the few Ukrainian energy companies with expertise fracking shale gas. So Joe Biden or any Democrat official mentioning Ukraine’s “unconventional gas reserves” or “shale gas resources” after 2014 indicates to me, they are referring to resources under development by Burisma.

And they know it.

Here’s the link: https://www.markey.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/2014-06-27_PresidentObama_Ukraine_energy.pdf

After Burisma published the Obama letter on their website, journalist Michael Scherer examined lobbying disclosures by David Leiter and wrote about Burisma’s government outreach in Time Magazine. So yes, legacy media did question — ever so briefly — the red flag warning of Hunter’s Burisma board appointment.

And I’ll add that Jay Carney, who was then Obama’s White House press secretary, was previously a Time Magazine correspondent, with a stint as their bureau chief in Moscow. Not sure if he spoke with Michael Scherer about this story, but there’s certainly a familiarity there.

Time Magazine link: https://time.com/2964493/ukraine-joe-biden-son-hunter-burisma/

Scherer intelligently raises Leiter’s lobbying role but leaves out the money involved. According to OpenSecrets.org, Markey received $10,000 in donations for his 2014 “work” with David Leiter, while Shaheen got $3,800. Leiter also gave the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee $10,000.

And what did Burisma get for its money? Or more importantly, it’s undisclosed relationship with Joe/Robin.

Well, as I wrote about in my last Substack, and this July 31, 2014, email proves, Hunter’s crew, with help from Amos Hochstein, a State Department energy expert, who worked closely with Joe, delivered the dollars. Burisma got a chunk of money from USAID’s Municipal Energy Relief Program (MERP.) And recall that award came just weeks before Joe Biden’s November 2014 trip to Kyiv.

But that was just the start.

The Ukraine Freedom Support Act

In a previous Substack I wrote that Joe either through his staffers or his own efforts, as in his work with his Senate colleagues demonstrates, landed three big windfalls for Burisma. The first was the MERP award.

The second was the December 2014 Ukraine Freedom Support Act (UFSA,) championed by Senator Markey.

Passed into law weeks after Joe’s November 2014 visit to Kyiv, the UFSA, amongst other provisions, directed 50 million U.S. taxpayer dollars be spent on Ukrainian energy security. And while a good chunk of that money benefited Burisma, even more significantly, portions of those funds paid for construction and repairs of the very same natural gas pipelines Vladimir Putin has now leveraged against Europe during his brutal invasion of Ukraine.

Here’s a screenshot of the portion of the law pertaining to natural gas pipelines. And note the date, December 18, 2014. This is shortly before those Democratic senators headed home for winter recess. And when they returned they were no longer in control of the Senate, as the Republicans had won the majority of seats in the 2014 midterms. So at this point of the legislative calendar, this was a congressional going-out-the-door giveaway to their donors. With Joe and the “greens” on their team, no wonder Burisma scored big.

And here’s the link to the Obama White House press release heralding then Vice President Joe Biden’s November 2014 accomplishments after his visit to Kyiv:

And here’s a screenshot of the information pertaining to the Burisma payoff. The “introduction of new technologies” refers to fracking, which means Burisma.

Obama Whitehouse Archives

According to the Congressional Research Service, at the time, about 40 percent of Russia’s natural gas exports to Europe flowed through Ukrainian pipelines, an arrangement for which they paid transit fees. Ukraine also imported a substantial amount of their energy from Russia. So the USFA funds for natural gas pipeline construction and maintenance were as beneficial to Putin as they were to Ukraine.

Even in 2014, as Putin was occupying Crimea and supporting separatists in the Donbas, he was also paying Ukraine to use its pipelines to transit his Russian natural gas and oil to Europe. Then in June 2014 Putin halted all exports of natural gas to Ukraine to harm their economy, although he simultaneously continued paying them allow his gas through their pipelines to Europe. Which they did.

And still do.

So no matter how the world sees this horrific war in Ukraine, the one constant is the pipelines. These are the same pipelines that, in spite all the grisly, muddy death, remain undisturbed. Tanks, artillery, missiles — Russian and Ukrainian— nothing touches the pipelines. Russian gas flows through them to Europe without interruption while Europe holds its collective breath and prays Putin keeps their gas flowing.

It was Joe Biden and his Democratic Party’s hostility towards the American energy sector led to this international tragedy. And now he and his European allies are begging for U.S. shale gas producers for LNG exports to undo the economic damage.

Keep begging, Joe. It’s going to take a while.

Another way to put it is: Joe Biden, the man who gave billions of dollars worth of our military materiel to the Taliban, also gave millions of our tax dollars to Ukraine to build pipelines … probably for Vladimir Putin’s Russian natural gas industry.

President Trump said it best, “Joe Biden has played right into Vladimir Putin’s hands.”

President Joe Biden said he’s sending Congress a request for more security and humanitarian funding for Ukraine. During a press conference at the White House Thursday, Biden said in total he’s asking for an additional $33 billion for the war-torn country as the conflict continues for more than two months.

Twenty billion dollars will be used for military assistance, $8 billion for economic assistance and $3 billion for humanitarian aid, which is expected to last through September 30. The President stressed the aid will help Ukraine continue defending it’s sovereignty against Russian aggression.

“Basically, we’re out of money and so that’s why today, in order to sustain Ukraine as it continues to fight, I’m sending Congress a supplemental budget request, ” Biden stateted. “It’s going to keep weapons and ammunition flowing without interruption to the brave Ukrainian fighters, and continue delivering economic humanitarian assistance to the Ukrainian people.”

Biden also is sending a proposal to Congress to use funds from seized assets of Russian oligarchs to help Ukraine fight Vladimir Putin’s invasion.

Pentagon reveals weapons to be sent to Ukraine

The $800 million package includes cannons, radars, armored vehicles and helicopters.

Washington is expanding the range of weapons deliveries to Ukraine to include artillery, armored vehicles and helicopters, the Pentagon revealed on Wednesday. US President Joe Biden credited the $2.6 billion in weapons he has supplied to Kiev since February with defeating what he called the Russian plan to “conquer and control” Ukraine.

“The steady supply of weapons the United States and its allies and partners have provided to Ukraine has been critical in sustaining its fight against the Russian invasion. It has helped ensure that Putin failed in his initial war aims to conquer and control Ukraine. We cannot rest now,” Biden said in a statement released by the White House, after his call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

In addition to more of the “highly effective” Javelin anti-tank missiles and Stinger anti-aircraft rockets, the US will now send “new capabilities tailored to the wider assault” it expects Russian forces to launch in eastern Ukraine, Biden said.

The Pentagon on Wednesday afternoon provided some details about the new aid, which is valued at $800 million – about $50 million more than estimated in leaks to the media on Tuesday.

Department of Defense Dithers Over Armored Vehicles for Ukraine as Time for Action Slips Away

As I noted in my post two days ago, the continuation war after the Russian invasion of Ukraine is entering a different phase. The Ukrainian Army will have restored the February 23 border along most of its northern border by the end of this week. In about two or three weeks, we can expect a Russian offensive in Donbas to attempt to seize all of Donetsk and Luhansk as well as establish a land bridge to Crimea. The weapons being provided by NATO right now are adequate for defense and partisan operations, but what Ukraine will need to retain its territorial integrity will be tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, tube and rocket artillery, surface-to-air missile systems, and lethal drones (other than Blinken and state department bureaucrats). Rather than merely defend and attrit the Russians, Ukraine must be able to focus the combat power to eject the Russians from Ukraine…including, I hope, all of Donbas and Crimea. That will require offensive weapons. See Cutting Edge Weapons are Being Sent to Ukraine By the US and Britain, But Is It What They Really Need? for an extended discussion.

As is so often the case, Europe is setting the pace.

The BMP-1 is obsolescent, but it would provide the Ukrainian Army with a vehicle they are familiar with the operation and maintenance (assuming either side cares about maintaining vehicles).

More help is on the way. Well, maybe.

The Biden administration will work with allies to transfer Soviet-made tanks to bolster Ukrainian defenses in the country’s eastern Donbas region, a U.S. official said on Friday.

The decision to act as an intermediary to help transfer the Soviet-made tanks, which Ukrainian troops know how to use, comes in response to a request from President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine, the official said. It marks the first time in the war that the United States has helped transfer tanks.

The official said the transfers would begin soon, but declined to say how many tanks would be sent, or from which countries they would come. They will allow Ukraine to conduct long-range artillery strikes on Russian targets in Donbas, said the official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak publicly.

The Slovaks are on the verge of sending S-300 surface-to-air missiles to Ukraine, should our Defense Department ever decide to pull its head out of its butt.

Several NATO members who are former Warsaw Pact nations have inventories of Russian tanks. Poland, in particular, has tanks that are scheduled to be replaced by US M1 Abrams tanks but have been upgraded to include thermal imaging devices and other enhancements. They could be transferred in a relatively short period of time.

And time really is the issue.

On Sunday, the Russian Army completed a large-scale withdrawal, not the “repositioning” claimed by the Pentagon. Ukraine now controls the entire border with Belarus and has regained most of the ground on its northern border that was lost after the February 24 invasion.

The Russian forces illegally occupying that territory have pulled back into Belarus and Russia to reequip, resupply, and integrate replacements. That process will take at least two weeks if Russia shows a normal army’s understanding of logistics. At the end of that rebuilding process, those units will be shifted laterally to the east and pushed into the fight in Donbas. The Ukrainians will probably rely on Territorial Defense Forces to secure the border. The Ukrainian Army will need to field a force heavy in armor, artillery, and air defense artillery that will let them create a war of movement to threaten the core of the fake republics created by Putin in Donbas.

The dithering by the US Defense Department is not without cost. If the armored and mechanized formations rebuilt after the mauling they took in the battle for Kiev are not met by equal Ukrainian forces, the war will be prolonged, and negotiating a peace agreement will be much more difficult.

Resurfaced Tape Shows Obama Regime’s Nuland Plotting Ukraine Coup With Biden’s Help – ‘F**k The EU’

Over the past two weeks, following the invasion into Ukraine by Russia, the Biden administration has taken a rather strong stance to supposedly defending freedom and democracy. Standing with Ukraine, the Biden administration and Democrats have proposed sending millions of dollars worth of aid, weapons, and ammunition to help the soldiers on the front lines. But while Joe Biden gave speeches on the importance of standing up for democracy, in 2014, he played a significant role in promoting a coup in Ukraine.

Currently serving as Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs to the Biden administration, Victoria Nuland has spent a fair amount of time not only in Ukraine but pushing an agenda that apparently started back in 2014. In the video below, Democracy Now’s Amy Goodman and Juan González detailed how Nuland, under former President Barack Obama, said, “Fuck the EU.” It should be noted that along with working with Biden, Nuland also worked with the State Department during the Obama administration as well.

For those who might be wondering, Nuland’s words against the EU meant criticizing an organization made up of 27 European countries that govern and support the economy and security policies. Still, Nuland would travel to Ukraine during 2014 where she famously handed out cakes to protesters in Kiev.

At the same time, Nuland was speaking with Jeffery Pyatt about picking a candidate of the opposition to run for the post of Prime Minister of Ukraine. Selecting Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Nuland added, “Biden and I said probably tomorrow for an atta-boy and to get the deets to stick. So Biden’s willing.”

Meta changes policy, says Facebook and Instagram users may call for violence against Russians, Putin’s assassination: Report

March 10, 2022

Users of Facebook and Instagram in certain countries will be temporarily allowed to call for and threaten violence against Russian citizens and Russian troops, according to a new report.

In a change to Meta‘s hate speech policy, users in these countries will be able to make such posts only in the context of Russia’s war in Ukraine, according to Reuters, citing internal emails.

“The social media company is also temporarily allowing some posts that call for death to Russian President Vladimir Putin or Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in countries including Russia, Ukraine and Poland,” the report from Reuters says. “These calls for the leaders’ deaths will be allowed unless they contain other targets or have two indicators of credibility, such as the location or method.”

Kakistocracy: noun, government by the worst persons; a form of government in which the worst persons are in power

Kakistocracy: noun, government by the worst persons; a form of government in which the worst persons are in power.

The old saying goes that even a blind squirrel finds a nut occasionally.  So you might think that during a 50-year political career, the odds would dictate that Joe Biden would, once in a blue moon, make a correct decision — just based on the odds.  But you’d be mistaken.  Biden has stumbled and bumbled from one disastrous decision to the next.  Disastrous, that is, for America.  Biden himself has prospered handsomely in spite of his glaring incompetence and corruption.

Biden’s long Senate career was based on being the credit card companies’ man in Washington.  While crowing endlessly about the working class being “his people,” Biden sponsored bills allowing bank issuers to charge egregious interest rates and to make it harder for working men to escape the credit trap through bankruptcy.

When Biden chaired the Senate Judiciary Committee, he turned the confirmation of Clarence Thomas into a political smear campaign that descended into a degenerate three-ring circus. In his first campaign for president, he failed to garner a single percentage point before having to withdraw when confronted with his past lies and blatant plagiarism. He literally stole a speech detailing a British politician’s life story. He ran again in 2008 but again failed to reach even one percent of the vote.

When Barack Obama took him off the primary trash heap to make him vice president, Biden first made a hash out of the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, wasting hundreds of billions on boondoggles and giveaways to Democrat cronies. Little of the recovery billions was spent on anything useful to America. Biden went on to manage our relations with China and Ukraine, pocketing untold millions for himself and his family by selling out America’s security interests.

By the time he ran for president again in 2020 he was a spent husk of his former corrupt and incompetent self, delivering asinine performances in the Iowa caucus and New Hampshire primary. When the Democrat establishment propped him up to once again stop Bernie Sanders, Biden was set up for the strangest presidential campaign in modern history. While Donald Trump barnstormed the nation with packed, enthusiastic rallies, Biden cowered in his basement, occasionally venturing out to speak with a few dozen voters sitting in circles drawn on the floor.

For his vice presidential pick, he chose — if you can believe it — an even more buffoonish candidate than himself.

Had it not been for Mark Zuckerberg buying and staffing government election offices in swing states, and the media and Big Tech’s censorship of the Biden family’s corruption, Biden would now be enjoying his dotage in Delaware, creeping on unsuspecting children with yarns of Corn Pop and South African arrests.

Instead, the man with one of the most astonishing records of abject failure in Washington was installed in the White House, and he has remained true to form.  As one of a hundred senators and then as vice president, there was a limit to how much damage he could do.  But as president, the shackles have been removed.

His first agenda item was to throttle our oil and gas sector, offshoring tens of thousands of good paying jobs to Russia and the Middle East — along with our energy independence. He threw open our southern border and encouraged virtually unlimited illegal immigration — during a global pandemic.

He sponsored trillions of dollars in wasteful spending, pushing our national debt to over $31 trillion.  Were it not for two Democrat senators who had not yet taken leave of their senses, it would have been even worse.  As it is, Biden has sparked the largest one-year increase in inflation in 40 years.

Biden’s “defund the police” rhetoric delivered us soaring violent crime in Democrat-run cities, while he sicced federal law enforcement on parents who object too strenuously to their children being indoctrinated with anti-White racism and LGBTQIA+ ideology.

It can truly be said that as president, Biden’s record of failure remains unblemished.

But now comes what may be the capstone on Biden’s long history of buffoonery and corruption.  In Ukraine, we have an armed conflict that threatens to plunge the world into an economic depression and raises the specter of nuclear war.  Not only did Biden set the stage for this calamity when, as vice president, he was in charge of Ukraine policy and led Kiev to believe that NATO membership was in Ukraine’s future, but on the eve of the Russian invasion, he refused to admit that it was not.  Then Biden all but admitted to Vladimir Putin — on live TV, no less — that NATO would not defend Ukraine if Russia chose to invade.

In the aftermath of Russia’s invasion, Biden and his administration have crafted sanctions that seem almost designed to boomerang on America’s and Europe’s fragile post-pandemic economies, while forcing Russia into a deeper alliance with China

With the U.S. over $31 trillion in debt, Biden seems totally oblivious to the perilous position of the U.S. dollar as the world’s reserve currency and the consequences should that privileged position end.

Economists predict that food and gasoline will cost the average U.S. household an additional $3,000 this year, and inflation threatens to push millions of lower-middle income-earners into abject poverty.

And bumbling, corrupt Joe Biden isn’t yet halfway through his first — and please God, last — term.
